Highlights from this day
  • hair_month_four — my Medutest result on a SWB vial came in at 96.8 which is why i keep buying from them licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can… 22:22
  • coelution_cai — i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did 23:14

HM

while im here anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

*PeptideMeter not the other one

is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects

did going from 10 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone

🙏4📈16📉1

im at 15 and thinking about 1, did anyone gain anything from that step

TW

at 1.7 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

🧊7😂2

no clean conversion

folklore probably

5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me

BN

at 1.7 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

went back to semaglutide after 5 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

Cited study
Continued Treatment with Tirzepatide for Maintenance of Weight Reduction (SURMOUNT-4)
JAMA · 2024
Randomised withdrawal after a 36-week lead-in. Pairs with STEP 4.
HM

restarted at 2.5 after 8 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect

the 10 vial in 3ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 2 on 8 units, nice round numbers

*mg/ml, obviously

genuine question does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start

same plateau here

my Medutest result on a SWB vial came in at 96.8 which is why i keep buying from them
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

🙏4⚠️11❤️17

is the 5 vial the common one or do people use 10

checked the units twice

SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial

GIP plus GLP-1

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, thats just me

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot H-2814: 99.4% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.

CC

for the archive the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

CO

is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule

ST

whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

FT

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does, still working it out

7.5 gang

ST

is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

CC

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

ST

held 10 for 10 months and lost 17kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 17 months at 7.5 not needing more

anyone got a 4 recon they like for the 30 vials
