for the archive coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

WV

while im here there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot SG-1177. Nothing logged either way.

RO

im at 12 and thinking about 1.7, did anyone gain anything from that step

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you

KF

at 10 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

KF

i sat at 7.5 for 20 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
restarted at 2.5 after 13 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

HH

plateaued at 30 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, happy to be corrected

RO

held 10 for 8 months and lost 31kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

RO

the 40 vial in 5ml gives 5mg/ml which puts 1.7 on 15 units, nice round numbers

GB

sorry to jump in back after 2 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

FN

does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

❤️10📈12🎉1

at 2 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

FN

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

did going from 12 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

📉1🤝9🎉1

SURMOUNT is weight

anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months

BW

40 units of a 5 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

no clean conversion

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did, for what its worth

did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it

wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)

£240 for a 15 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year, ill dig out the number

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier, n of 1 obviously
