for the archive the vial that visibly changed after a warm transit was the one that had already been reconstituted

a few hours at room temperature is almost certainly nothing. a week is a different conversation, ill dig out the number

update on the earlier thing buy a thermometer. mine reads 6.2 on the door and two degrees lower at the back

while im here a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that your vial cooked
gel packs
i have never had a lyophilised vial fail after a warm transit and i have had some bad ones
my fridge is running at 4.8, is that out of range
two to eight degrees. most domestic fridge doors are not in that range and people do not check
i left a reconstituted vial out overnight once, sent it for testing out of curiosity, it came back fine
