- thyroid_thea — sorry youre having a rough one 16:00
- cass_cagri — genuine question if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, i have it written down somewhere 18:33
- mag_citrate — i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern 18:53
sorry youre having a rough one
while im here started shedding hair around month 25, does it stop
follow up the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
[edited]it got better for me
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption, thats one data point
anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking, not advice obviously
do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through
genuine question if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, i have it written down somewhere
slightly off topic but week 8 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle
[edited]i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
| Step | What | Give it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | water, properly, all day | 3 days |
| 2 | soluble fibre | 4 days |
| 3 | magnesium | 3 days |
| 4 | stool softener | 3 days |
| 5 | pharmacist | now |
