if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

PP

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

HH

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

VI

quick one magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

it does stop

coming back after 6 months off: do the side effects reset

PP

how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you

dont push through

PP

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, ill dig out the number

NW

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question, i have it written down somewhere

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me, we shall see

HH

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

dose day = d0

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot KP-0925: 99.2% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.

HH

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

VI

im at week 17 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

SD

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses, from memory

VI

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

let the swab dry

day two is the worst

ST

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose, happy to be corrected
