severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

MC

what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, anyway

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

HM

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea

dont push through

🎉8🙏18🤝1

day two is the worst

MC

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

MP

for the archive eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot B-0329: 98.6% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.

📉1🧊14

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 4 or is that just me

MP

quick one if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

MC

week 5 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, is that a known thing

coming back after 7 months off: do the side effects reset

SB

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

SB

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, ymmv

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

SB

update from 3 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely, i have it written down somewhere

PS

genuine question the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

NP

the burps started at 2 and not before, has anyone else had that

thats not a chat question

eat more

it got better for me
