eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

thats not a chat question

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, your mileage will differ

EE

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

EE

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

EE

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

LL

sorry to jump in protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, i think

⚠️3

EE

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

LL

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

CF

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern, i could be wrong

CF

sorry to jump in the burps started at 2 and not before, has anyone else had that

for the archive electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried
