the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

it got better for me

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back, i have it written down somewhere

IS

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

CH

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 9 or is that just me

CH

everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle

thats not a chat question

KF

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea

unrelated but does eating before or after the injection make any difference

KF

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

HH

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

KF

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

it does stop

update from 26 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

KF

unrelated but powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

KF

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

KF

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

KF

sorry youre having a rough one

CH

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at, from memory

KF

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

*Medutest not the other one

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

dont push through

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

CH

coming back to this started shedding hair around month 13, does it stop

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

AF

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

HH

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, from memory

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

follow up same at week 3
