magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, i could be wrong

everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
