order in winter
ok so cold pack arrived warm after 5 days, does it matter
reship policies vary enormously. MKM honoured one for me without being pushed, which is not universal
give it another week
quick one nobody here can tell you what will clear customs where you live and the mods stop that conversation quickly
thats slower than usual

*week 2 not week 4
slightly off topic but anyone had a split shipment arrive weeks apart
signature requirements slow things down and do not obviously reduce loss
a port stall is not the same as a customs hold and the tracking language usually distinguishes them
ask about reship
what does the room consider a normal transit time now
postal not courier
thats a stock split
thats the end of it
i had a parcel marked returned that arrived eleven days later. it happens
[edited]for the archive paying for a faster service does not speed up customs. it speeds up the legs either side of customs, someone check my working
slightly off topic but vat is usually charged on declared value plus shipping, and the handling fee is often more than the vat, thats one data point
ports do that
declared value, do you go low or realistic
do you use the same address every time
mine took 18 days
powder is robust
update on the earlier thing what happened when you queried a missing parcel with the supplier
a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that the vial cooked. lyophilised powder is robust, anyway
does FGP actually honour a reship or is it decorative
