my PeptideMeter report on the BCH vial came back 99 against a certificate saying 98.6
did anyone hold at 5 longer than four weeks before going up

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
i stayed on 1.7 for 5 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
