held there too

- mg_per_ml — held at 10 and lost 55lb over 26 months, slower than the trials and fine by me 17:50
- otto_swirls — STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers 18:01
- fibre_first — is 2.4 the top or do people go past it 19:11
- fibre_first — five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt, i could be wrong 19:46
- mg_per_ml — if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule 20:37
im at 2 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
mine faded too

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters, take that with a pinch of salt
my 5 vial in 0.5ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 5 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume, anyway
steady state takes weeks
slower worked better
held at 10 and lost 55lb over 26 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
anyone compared their 2.5 vial dosing against the pen increments
Reminder set. I will post here in 3 days.
thats STEP 1
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgdid anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
follow up i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
2.4 is the ceiling
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 2.5
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 5, which is one person and nothing more, anyway
im 2 months in at 12 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
i stayed on 1.7 for 5 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
not the same trial
brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
vials not pens here
[edited]is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
went too fast once
anyone gone from 10 straight to 1.7 or is that too big a jump
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt, i could be wrong
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
14 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
ok so i held at 7.5 for 8 months and it was the best decision i made
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
i stayed on 1.7 for 9 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it, n of 1 obviously
unrelated but STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
lost about 32kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
is the plateau at 4 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
*Medutest not the other one
give it four weeks
