- rotterdam_recon — changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, take that with a pinch of salt 11:54
- rotterdam_recon — update on the earlier thing went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step 11:56
- two_lifts_a_week — half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose 12:49
- quiet.hours — went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down 13:11
- two_lifts_a_week — my 20 vial in 1ml gives 10mg/ml so 5 lands on 10 units, thats why i picked that volume, ask me again in a month 13:12
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
genuine question im at 1.7 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
the plateau hit me at 30 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
slower worked better
steady state takes weeks
while im here my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, take that with a pinch of salt
update on the earlier thing went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
mine faded too
same dose day
SELECT wasnt weight
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
held there too
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
not the same trial
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
my 20 vial in 1ml gives 10mg/ml so 5 lands on 10 units, thats why i picked that volume, ask me again in a month
