STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)

held there too
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 2.5
unrelated but 16 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
SELECT wasnt weight
slower worked better
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
follow up compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more
does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
i held at 2.5 for 8 months and it was the best decision i made
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
held at 2 and lost 45lb over 3 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
went too fast once
quick one how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong, we shall see
plateaus move
right so anyone gone from 0.5 straight to 0.25 or is that too big a jump
2.4 is the ceiling
ok so the appetite effect faded for me around 3 months and going up fixed it for a while, someone check my working
lost about 34kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
update on the earlier thing did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
steady state takes weeks
my 30 vial in 5ml gives 10mg/ml so 7.5 lands on 12 units, thats why i picked that volume
quick one five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
i stayed on 1.7 for 19 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
same dose day
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, your mileage will differ
