lost about 41kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me

- igf_one_ivy — restarted after 15 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time, anyway 19:43
- hydrate_hana — is the plateau at 12 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong 20:22
- group_buy_gwen — what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything 21:02
- VialBot — New independent result logged — QSC, lot E-2205, purity 99.4% (PeptideMeter). 21:03
- halifax_hplc — changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels 22:16
mine faded too
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt, still working it out
did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed
not the same trial
plateaus move
quick one FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
[edited]restarted after 15 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time, anyway
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, ill dig out the number
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 1, which is one person and nothing more
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
anyone compared their 8 vial dosing against the pen increments
give it four weeks
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
the appetite effect faded for me around 26 months and going up fixed it for a while
is the plateau at 12 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
im 5 months in at 1.7 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
2.4 is the ceiling
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 1.7
did anyone hold at 2.5 longer than four weeks before going up
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
6 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
SELECT wasnt weight
what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
New independent result logged — QSC, lot E-2205, purity 99.4% (PeptideMeter).
slower worked better
[edited]| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
seven days ish
does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
did anybody find a difference between WWB and pharmacy at the same 2.4
was STEP 4 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers, still working it out
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
i held at 1.7 for 7 months and it was the best decision i made
*PeptideMeter not the other one
went too fast once
held there too
same dose day
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
unrelated but STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
vials not pens here
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
sorry to jump in im at 10 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
