  • orfor_watch — if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule 20:23

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, thats one data point

the plateau hit me at 7 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change, i have it written down somewhere

AP

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

OW

im 25 months in at 0.25 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

FT

restarted after 24 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time, ymmv

FT

i stayed on 1.7 for 24 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

slightly off topic but anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments

OW

25 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

FT

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
