Highlights from this day
  • electrolyte_eli — my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, thats just me 21:38
  • swab_dry_first — if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule the plateau hit me at 7 weeks and moved again about a month later… 21:58
  • electrolyte_eli — licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose 21:59
  • swab_dry_first — unrelated but five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt 22:11
  • electrolyte_eli — restarted after 12 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time 23:30

SELECT wasnt weight

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, thats just me

the appetite effect faded for me around 3 months and going up fixed it for a while

EE

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

EE

right so the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

SD

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

SD

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

SD

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more, happy to be corrected

EE

restarted after 12 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
