Highlights from this day
  • knees_first — half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose 21:53
  • impersonator_ip — dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters 21:56
  • noct.titrate — the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing 22:14
  • impersonator_ip — STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping 22:26

went too fast once

back after 8 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

*Medutest not the other one

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7

NT

i held at 15 for 4 months and it was the best decision i made, from memory

🧊1

slower worked better

II

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

GG

slightly off topic but what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

II

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

🧊5👍6😂17

not the same trial

👍1💀21
GG

i stayed on 1.7 for 6 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

NT

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mg

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

*that should say weekly

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

II

update on the earlier thing STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

II

restarted after 21 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

⚠️1

*week 7 not week 6

FA

while im here anyone gone from 10 straight to 2.4 or is that too big a jump

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

ok so compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more
