STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

ST

slightly off topic but the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot E-2205. Nothing logged either way.

AA

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

genuine question steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

FI

unrelated but went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step, ymmv

plateaus move

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

held at 2.5 and lost 41lb over 9 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

went too fast once

the appetite effect faded for me around 20 months and going up fixed it for a while

QH

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

SS

how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week

how long did the first 22kg take for people at the low doses

vials not pens here

ST

held there too

Weekly against daily, head to head.

is 2.4 the top or do people go past it

ST

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

2.4 is the ceiling

seven days ish

follow up half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

while im here STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

AA

im 3 months in at 0.5 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

AA

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

same dose day

wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mg

quick one my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

anyone gone from 12 straight to 0.25 or is that too big a jump

FA

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 7.5, which is one person and nothing more, take that with a pinch of salt

anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments
