FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

- deamidation — is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping 10:43
- lean_mass_lex — does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker 11:18
- VialBot — Assay note: JEEP lot G-0641 reported at 97.4% of label content. 11:43
- lean_mass_lex — whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers 12:49
plateaus move
same dose day
Purity check: no report on file for lot G-0641. Nothing logged either way.
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers, we shall see
what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
while im here did anyone hold at 1 longer than four weeks before going up
the appetite effect faded for me around 18 months and going up fixed it for a while, n of 1 obviously
does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
slightly off topic but restarted after 4 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.5, which is one person and nothing more
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
for the archive changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
right so going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
Assay note: JEEP lot G-0641 reported at 97.4% of label content.
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
coming back to this lost about 3kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
my Janoshik report on the GGPeps vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99.4
give it four weeks
i stayed on 1.7 for 3 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it, ill dig out the number
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
SELECT wasnt weight
steady state takes weeks
slower worked better
thats STEP 1
vials not pens here
mine faded too
held at 2.4 and lost 11lb over 7 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule, your mileage will differ
[edited]unrelated but my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, thats one data point
