MO

$185 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

anyone gone from 7.5 straight to 15 or is that too big a jump

slower worked better

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

im at 12 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up

❤️10🤝2
MO

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

LM

how many weeks before you noticed anything at 1.7

🙏14⚠️15👀1

mine faded too

did anybody find a difference between HJ and pharmacy at the same 1.7

LM

my 20 vial in 0.5ml gives 5mg/ml so 1.7 lands on 30 units, thats why i picked that volume

PP

5 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
held at 2.5 and lost 24lb over 1 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

PP

ok so how long did the first 15kg take for people at the low doses

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7

LM

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

😂15🧪4
PP

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

🔥1⚠️18❤️15

vials not pens here

💀8🧊9🙏3

coming back to this i held at 12 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

LM

is the plateau at 27 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

LM

anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments

🙏14👀1💀8

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

📈12🎉4
OW

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

MM

for the archive STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

OW

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

MM

coming back to this back after 10 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

MO

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

was STEP 4 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up

❤️2🤝2

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down, ill dig out the number
