- week_zero — restarted after 20 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time 19:48
- split_dose_sam — if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule, not advice obviously 20:10
- surpass_two — sorry to jump in compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.25, which is one person and nothing more 20:56
- belfast_bac — is 2.4 the top or do people go past it 21:39
im 16 months in at 2 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose, ill dig out the number
[edited]my 40 vial in 3ml gives 5mg/ml so 2.4 lands on 10 units, thats why i picked that volume
anyone gone from 1.7 straight to 15 or is that too big a jump
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgnot the same trial

wk 27+ 2.40mgwent too fast once
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule, not advice obviously
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
[edited]the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
SELECT wasnt weight
sorry to jump in compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.25, which is one person and nothing more

wk 11-14 1.00mg

wk 27+ 2.40mgthe appetite effect faded for me around 6 months and going up fixed it for a while
follow up going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
mine faded too
the plateau hit me at 29 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change, take that with a pinch of salt
sorry to jump in did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
slower worked better
