STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

SB

my VendorInvestigate report on the SWB vial came back 98.6 against a certificate saying 97.4

how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week

SB

i held at 7.5 for 2 months and it was the best decision i made

SB

anyone gone from 10 straight to 12 or is that too big a jump

TT

lost about 19kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me

TT

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

🧊12📉17

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

give it four weeks

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
my PeptideMeter report on the Homopeptide vial came back 96.8 against a certificate saying 99.2

SB

my 15 vial in 5ml gives 10mg/ml so 15 lands on 50 units, thats why i picked that volume

restarted after 20 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

held at 0.25 and lost 15lb over 24 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

SB

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 1.7, which is one person and nothing more, i think

SO

i stayed on 1.7 for 22 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

SB

genuine question STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
