does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life

- a1c_lag — does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one 18:05
- VialBot — Assay note: SWB lot B-0329 reported at 96.8% of label content. 18:44
- split_dose_sam — going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution, still working it out 19:25
- lot_number_lou — STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping 19:52
- lot_number_lou — back after 23 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher 19:53
mine faded too
thats STEP 1
slower worked better
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
the appetite effect faded for me around 14 months and going up fixed it for a while
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
genuine question brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
seven days ish
anyone gone from 10 straight to 7.5 or is that too big a jump
$55 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
went too fast once
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 12
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
give it four weeks
the plateau hit me at 31 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
Assay note: SWB lot B-0329 reported at 96.8% of label content.
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step, n of 1 obviously
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution, still working it out
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
anyone compared their 5 vial dosing against the pen increments
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
back after 23 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
plateaus move
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, thats one data point
[edited]STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
i stayed on 1.7 for 19 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
my PeptideMeter report on the ERP vial came back 98.6 against a certificate saying 98.1, i think
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
