held at 0.5 and lost 75lb over 18 months, slower than the trials and fine by me, happy to be corrected

back after 20 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
my 2 vial in 2.5ml gives 4mg/ml so 2 lands on 20 units, thats why i picked that volume

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
right so does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
