NP

came off at 28 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

sat at 1 for 5 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

CV

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

unrelated but the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

MS

update on the earlier thing my resting rate went up 6 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 7

TL

reconstituted the 5 vial to 8mg/ml specifically so i could take 10 without measuring crumbs

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

CV

quick one the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does

held at 0.5 for 17 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
