TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does

whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

did anyone come off because of the heart rate

TRIUMPH is phase 3

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two
stopped for 4 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

AA

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is

ok so anyone compared their Janoshik purity across two different GL Biochem lots

logging rhr daily

smaller steps here

AA

PeptideMeter came back 98.6 on one lot and 98.1 on the next from the same WXT, both fine

CS

reconstituted the 40 vial to 5mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.5 without measuring crumbs

i said 6 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since, from memory

AA

for the archive the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, take that with a pinch of salt

no long term data

VL

im at 2.5 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

VL

right so lost 3kg over 15 months at doses well under what the trials used

AA

back after 13 months, has anything actually been published since
