Highlights from this day
  • dublin_dose — anyone reconstituting 2 vials to 8 so the steps come out smaller 17:32
  • a1c_lag — stepping in 7.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy… 18:14
  • c18_column — Medutest came back 97.4 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same WWB, both fine 18:55

sorry to jump in did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

genuine question is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

DD

anyone reconstituting 2 vials to 8 so the steps come out smaller

LL

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does

LL

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

LL

my resting rate went up 9 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 12

low and slow

DD

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

lost 10kg over 13 months at doses well under what the trials used

A1

stepping in 7.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

📉5❤️4🔥8

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing, your mileage will differ

DD

my resting heart rate is up about 8 bpm, did that settle for anyone

update on the earlier thing held at 1.7 for 15 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

LL

came off at 23 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

LL

buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely

C1

Medutest came back 97.4 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same WWB, both fine

SS

unrelated but did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

LL

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

SS

reconstituted the 15 vial to 8mg/ml specifically so i could take 2 without measuring crumbs

SS

im at 0.25 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

LL

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

C1

for the archive whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

C1

is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope

follow up anyone logging resting heart rate on this

did anyone come off because of the heart rate

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

stopped for 24 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
held at 2.4 for 7 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

🧪3🎉1
SS

appetite suppression at 15 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot A-2418. Nothing logged either way.

SS

i said 9 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since

🎉14
C1

anyone compared their VendorInvestigate purity across two different GGPeps lots

SS

no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

SS

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

LL

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

SS

for the archive sat at 7.5 for 3 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

VB

Channel stats, last 30 days: 117 messages from 31 members.

OW

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
