Highlights from this day
  • two_three_lifts — sorry to jump in i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps 09:38
  • drawup_dee — my resting heart rate is up about 4 bpm, did that settle for anyone 09:40
  • nausea_window — sat at 0.5 for 3 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up, i think held at 1.7 for 23 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant… 10:59
PM

came off at 4 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it, thats just me

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

VI

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

⚠️2😂5🔥2

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely, take that with a pinch of salt

reconstituted the 40 vial to 8mg/ml specifically so i could take 12 without measuring crumbs, i think

triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right

genuine question TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule, take that with a pinch of salt

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
