genuine question did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

- area_percent — VendorInvestigate came back 97.4 on one lot and 99.2 on the next from the same GGPeps, both fine 18:30
- u100_pat — research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing 18:48
- stable_not_volatile — did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers 20:14
- still_here_2024 — genuine question triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history 20:33

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual
i said 7 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
VendorInvestigate came back 97.4 on one lot and 99.2 on the next from the same GGPeps, both fine
research use only
buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely
phase 2 only
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
held mine ages
glucagon is the new bit
[edited]no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
appetite suppression at 7.5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
settled by month three
reconstituted the 2 vial to 4mg/ml specifically so i could take 15 without measuring crumbs
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
cant feel it honestly
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
TRIUMPH is phase 3
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
triple agonist yeah
low and slow
does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
came off at 4 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers
watching my heart rate
mine went up too
sorry to jump in held at 15 for 14 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
genuine question triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, take that with a pinch of salt
no long term data
update on the earlier thing there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 8

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, still working it out
sat at 10 for 7 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
lost 20kg over 23 months at doses well under what the trials used
is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
