i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
unrelated but stopped for 11 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time, happy to be corrected
quick one the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
