Highlights from this day
  • tokyo_taper — temperature of the diluent does not matter. how fast you push it in does, i have it written down somewhere 09:36
  • VialBot — Purity check: no report on file for lot F-1330. Nothing logged either way. 10:00
  • tokyo_taper — update on the earlier thing if you draw up with a bigger pin and inject with a fresh one you lose a bit more to dead space 10:09
  • tokyo_taper — bac water or sterile water for something im going into weekly for 2 weeks 10:13
MM

anyone else find the 2mg vials harder to get fully dissolved than the small ones

MM

the last few units are a real loss. i accept it rather than tilting the vial and drawing air

round numbers

TT

if the maths gives you 13.7 units, change the volume. do not try to hit 13.7

can i add more bac water later to a vial ive already reconstituted

what do you do with the last 20 units when you cant draw them cleanly

not sterile water

i use bac water even for a single-use vial because it stings less, which is not the reason it exists, not advice obviously
