my vial pulled the water in on its own, is that the vacuum or did i do something
label the date too. you will not remember which vial is which by week 10
what do you do with the last 25 units when you cant draw them cleanly
is the meniscus reading actually a real source of error or am i overthinking

dead space in a standard insulin syringe hub is small but it is not nothing over a month
coming back to this update from 1 months ago: switched to a single concentration and have not miscalculated since

i use bac water even for a single-use vial because it stings less, which is not the reason it exists
the last few units are a real loss. i accept it rather than tilting the vial and drawing air

ok so can i add more bac water later to a vial ive already reconstituted
temperature of the diluent does not matter. how fast you push it in does
my 10mg vial weighed 11.4g on the jewellery scale, is that wrong
5mg in 2ml gives 2.5mg/ml, 0.25mg is 10 units. good for a starting dose
20mg in 2ml is 10mg/ml. 1mg is 10 units, 2mg is 20 units, easy
is a slightly cloudy solution ever ok or is that always a bin it

swirl dont shake
benzyl alcohol is what makes it bacteriostatic. it is about 0.9% typically, from memory

right so bacteriostatic water for anything multi-use. sterile water has no preservative in it at all, take that with a pinch of salt
