my rule is one concentration for everything so i never have to think about it at 7am, take that with a pinch of salt
update from 5 months ago: switched to a single concentration and have not miscalculated since
aim the diluent at the glass wall, not at the powder. it goes in gentler
update on the earlier thing gross powder mass is not net peptide. water and counterion are in that number

if the maths gives you 13.7 units, change the volume. do not try to hit 13.7

why 5
u100 means 100 units to the millilitre. so one unit is 0.01ml. 0.05 divided by 0.01 is 5

+1.0 ml = 10.0 mg/ml -> 0.025 ml -> 2.5 u
+2.0 ml = 5.0 mg/ml -> 0.050 ml -> 5 u
+2.5 ml = 4.0 mg/ml -> 0.0625 ml -> 6.25 u
