  • alt_ast_ali — my rule is one concentration for everything so i never have to think about it at 7am 19:45
  • cat_on_the_tray — i keep a spare vial of bac water in the fridge purely so i never rush the maths 20:38
  • identity_shift — 10mg in 1ml is 10mg/ml, so 2.5mg is 25 units. thats the one i use 21:19
  • identity_shift — do you let it come to room temp before drawing or draw it cold 21:20
  • VialBot — Reminder for identity_shift: dose day is today. Set 6 days ago. 21:25

my 10mg vial weighed 11.4g on the jewellery scale, is that wrong

bacteriostatic water for anything multi-use. sterile water has no preservative in it at all

AA

sanity check my maths before i pin myself with something stupid

👍2

if you cannot read the mark confidently, your volume is too small. redo it at a lower concentration

what do you do with the last 12 units when you cant draw them cleanly

update from 15 months ago: switched to a single concentration and have not miscalculated since

CO

a 3ml syringe for the diluent and a u100 for the dose is the setup most people here end up with

TT

slightly off topic but does benzyl alcohol matter if im finishing the vial in one go

IS

update on the earlier thing 10mg in 2ml is 5mg/ml. so 0.5mg is 0.1ml which is 10 units on a u100

bac water or sterile water for something im going into weekly for 5 weeks

IS

is a slightly cloudy solution ever ok or is that always a bin it
