no chargebacks
ok so the discount pattern is roughly ten percent almost everywhere and it is a real saving at volume
update from 23 months ago: fees are lower than they were and the discount maths has changed
coming back after 25 months, has anything changed on fees
has anyone been asked to pay a second time
check the total
polite message usually fixes it
check the first four and the last four characters of the address. every single time, no exceptions
paying in two parts is sometimes offered and it does not reduce your risk, it splits it
quick one invoice says $185 and my total came out different, whos wrong
[edited]do not send a test payment to prove anything to anyone. that is a pattern, not a precaution
a bank transfer leaves a paper trail and no recourse. people should know both halves of that
right so on a small order the fee can be a meaningful fraction. on a large one the discount wins easily, happy to be corrected
is there any chargeback route at all
