Highlights from this day
  • iris_imports — whats the evidence base for tesamorelin outside the licensed indication 20:33
  • wren_weighs_in — tesamorelin was the only one where i could point at a measured change rather than a feeling, for what its worth 21:19
  • per_mg_pete — nobody here can tell you whether BPC will help your injury and anyone who does is guessing 21:29
  • reed_reta — slightly off topic but does tesamorelin need the same cold chain care as the GLP-1s 21:52
  • group_buy_gwen — BPC-157 human evidence is close to absent, the rodent work is extensive and thats a different thing 23:01

ran it alone

the labs will run purity on most of these, its identity and content, not efficacy, someone check my working

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot C-4402. Nothing logged either way.

AT

tesamorelin has a licensed indication and everything outside it is us extrapolating

changed my mind on stacking, i used to defend it and now i think it just makes a log unreadable

are secretagogues worth it if you sleep badly anyway
oral BPC is a different question from injected and the two get discussed as if theyre the same

cold chain matters for anything reconstituted whatever it is, mine live at 3.1 degrees

VV

ran TB-500 alone for 18 weeks specifically so i could attribute anything that happened

secretagogues made me ravenous, which is a fairly direct signal that something was happening

VV

one variable at a time or you learn nothing, which is unpopular in a channel full of stacks

GB

did nothing for me

MM

i stacked three things for 1 months and the honest conclusion is that i learned nothing

ran GHK-Cu for 21 weeks and stopped because i couldnt tell, which is a result of a kind

WW

tesamorelin was the only one where i could point at a measured change rather than a feeling, for what its worth

*Janoshik not the other one

GB

took a full month off everything to get a baseline and it was the most useful month of my log

PM

nobody here can tell you whether BPC will help your injury and anyone who does is guessing

SA

reconstituted 20 in 1ml and it stayed clear for the whole vial, which is the low bar we work with

VB

Digest for the week of 2026-03-03 has been published.

SA

purity varies more on these than on the GLP-1s in my experience, 98.1 on one lot and 98.6 on another

came back after 17 months off and my baseline was where it was before, so nothing persisted, i could be wrong

RR

slightly off topic but does tesamorelin need the same cold chain care as the GLP-1s

SA

if youre going to run something, run it long enough and alone, otherwise dont bother logging it

SA

the honest split is that some of these have licensed uses and some have a reputation and nothing else

baseline month helped

PS

GHK-Cu did something to my skin texture and i cannot rule out that it was the moisturiser

anyone got a before and after on GHK-Cu that isnt just lighting

slightly off topic but no long term human safety data for most of these, which is the sentence people skip past
TB-500 did nothing for me over 31 weeks and i stand by that a year later

GG

people get pointed at verification because purity is the only measurable part of any of this

get it tested

PS

unrelated but is there a reason this channel is so much more sceptical than the compound ones

VendorInvestigate came back 96.8 on a GL Biochem lot, which tells you whats in the vial and nothing about whether it works

GB

BPC-157 human evidence is close to absent, the rodent work is extensive and thats a different thing

🧊4😂3

anyone run TB-500 on its own rather than stacked with something

the verification channel takes these, its just that far fewer people submit them

GG

the scepticism here is because the evidence is thin, not because people are being difficult

SA

i log these exactly like doses, date, amount, site, what i noticed, and its still hard to read back
