SS

unrelated but SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job

NN

one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story

is orforglipron a peptide at all

SNAC does the work

absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result

genuine question i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that

FA

orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ

SS

is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules

SS

the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason

SS

my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings

FA

nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep, for what its worth

NN

plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly
