Highlights from this day
  • myrrh_measures — anyone switched from injectable to oral and kept the same effect 22:34
  • panel_before_after — my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings 22:54
  • retention_time — i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 26 months 23:02
  • monoisotopic — coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse 23:15
  • tallinn_taper — is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ 23:18
RR

whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent

🙏1💀1🤝3

did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy

MM

anyone switched from injectable to oral and kept the same effect

🔥6❤️6

lost 38kg over 18 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway

did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work

VO

the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet
splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log

ruined my breakfast

mine was patchy too

oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me

fasted every morning

i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food

RT

i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 26 months

VO

roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose

plain water only

RT

the 30 minutes starts when you swallow it, and i set a timer because i cannot be trusted

TT

the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them, ill dig out the number

MO

coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse

is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high
orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ

👀12

orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ, not advice obviously

big mg small dose

OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two

technique probably

😂12🧊2

is there any point splitting an oral dose

set a timer

😂8🧪6

the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason

VO

went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work

nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep
