- eat_more_please — absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result 08:12
- mg_per_ml — orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ 09:31
- eat_more_please — my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet, n of 1 obviously 10:44
- thirty_one_g — the 30 minutes starts when you swallow it, and i set a timer because i cannot be trusted, anyway 10:56
plain water only
ruined my breakfast
set a timer
sorry to jump in did anyone go back to injecting after trying oral
how much water exactly, is it a small sip or half a glass
nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
took 31 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me
orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 22 months
fasted every morning
went back to injecting
i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
[edited]did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection
my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet, n of 1 obviously
coffee doesnt count
why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one
the 30 minutes starts when you swallow it, and i set a timer because i cannot be trusted, anyway
how long before the oral did anything measurable for you
does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
[edited]i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better
SNAC does the work
