i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
#oral-glp1 2026-05-14
is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
anyone dosing oral because of a needle problem rather than preference
[edited]thirty minutes, no cheating
slightly off topic but why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one
whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent
how much water exactly, is it a small sip or half a glass
changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality
set a timer
not a peptide
did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work
back after 17 months, has anything changed on the oral side
is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high
[edited]*Janoshik not the other one
unrelated but i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
PIONEER or OASIS, which one was the higher dose oral
big mg small dose
technique probably
coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
lost 33kg over 20 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway
is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it
anyone switched from injectable to oral and kept the same effect
why does the same tablet do different things week to week
plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly
mine was patchy too
SNAC does the work
OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
plain water only
i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that
ruined my breakfast
SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job, i think
[edited]is orforglipron a peptide at all
i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 7 months, not advice obviously
did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy
fasted every morning
does SNAC do anything other than get it through the stomach
the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them
went back to injecting
the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses
orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ
is there any point splitting an oral dose
tea also does not count, in case anyone was hoping
coffee doesnt count
PIONEER not OASIS
