while im here changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality

- noct.titrate — i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that 14:03
- taper_tess — follow up is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people… 15:30
- VialBot — Assay note: QST lot KP-0925 reported at 99.2% of label content. 15:33
- taper_tess — tea also does not count, in case anyone was hoping 15:54
- flint_fills — why does the same tablet do different things week to week PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses 18:17
does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
PIONEER not OASIS
my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet
i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that
set a timer
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
went back to injecting
big mg small dose
took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off, anyway
the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them
does coffee count as plain water, asking for obvious reasons
i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
follow up is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it
the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral
Assay note: QST lot KP-0925 reported at 99.2% of label content.
does SNAC do anything other than get it through the stomach
my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings
tea also does not count, in case anyone was hoping
is the plain water rule actually load bearing or is it a formality
OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
while im here how much water exactly, is it a small sip or half a glass
does the 30 minutes start from swallowing or from the water
plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly, thats just me
update on the earlier thing switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 7 months
slightly off topic but orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ
i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
[edited]did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection
why does the same tablet do different things week to week
PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses
i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 16 months, i have it written down somewhere
