Highlights from this day
  • fibre_first — orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ 19:18
  • VialBot — Inter-lab diff for lot A-2601: 97.4% vs 98.1%. Within expected range. 19:20
  • chaser_chris — splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log 19:30

my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings

oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me

switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 5 months

CC

ok so i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that

the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year

set a timer

OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two

not a peptide

sorry to jump in anyone dosing oral because of a needle problem rather than preference
