i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 23 months
for the archive one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story
i said 12 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water

update on the earlier thing does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 2 months

OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
