  • HPLC_Hank — does the 30 minutes start from swallowing or from the water i said 18 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water 22:47

OO

is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules

OW

coming back to this PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses

why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one

OO

whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent

mine was patchy too

OW

coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse, take that with a pinch of salt

OO

splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log, thats just me

EE

nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep

The high-dose oral. Absorption rules matter enormously here.

went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work

did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection

ruined my breakfast

EE

why does the same tablet do different things week to week

i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough

MM

the non peptide agents dose daily without the water ritual, thats the practical difference

HH

how strict is the 30 minute wait before food for people here

plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly

the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral

switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 6 months

MM

i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better

took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off

one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story

OO

absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result, i have it written down somewhere

the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason

the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year

right so SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job

anyone switched from injectable to oral and kept the same effect

i said 7 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water

HH

is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 2 months

HH

follow up the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet, i have it written down somewhere

*Medutest not the other one
