Highlights from this day
  • lipase_lore — orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ 17:28
  • lipase_lore — oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me, happy to be corrected 17:37
  • lipase_lore — took 27 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me 17:40
  • lipase_lore — absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result 17:43
  • blind_submit — i said 6 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water, still working it out 18:42
LL

splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log

does the 30 minutes start from swallowing or from the water

BS

i said 6 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water, still working it out

i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better

is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high
