Highlights from this day
  • karl_fischer — if you are struggling in a way this channel cannot hold, please talk to a professional. we are not a crisis service and we know it, still working it out 21:19
  • two_three_lifts — update from 7 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it 21:43
  • bp_down_bex — the disorienting bit for me was realising how much of my day had been spent thinking about the next meal 22:08
  • bp_down_bex — update on the earlier thing flat is the word i used too. not sad exactly, just less colour in things for a while 22:18
  • mg_per_ml — coming back after 2 months to say thank you, is that alright to do in here 22:19
