the plateau nearly ended it for me. what got me through was logging something other than my weight

quick one update from 16 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it, i could be wrong

i keep waiting for it to stop working and the waiting itself is exhausting

i built a whole personality around being the one who cooks and now i barely eat, does that pass

it does lift
