Highlights from this day
  • protein_floor — i measured my waist and my walking pace during the plateau because both were still moving when the scale wasnt, your mileage will differ 23:20
  • non_scale_win — my mood dipped around week five and lifted by about week ten. i cannot tell you why either of those happened 23:24
  • non_scale_win — i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well 23:34
  • non_scale_win — the running out anxiety is real and worth naming. i keep a spare month in the fridge and i sleep better for it 23:46
  • yyz_vial — i asked one relative to stop commenting. it was awkward for a week and it was worth it 23:52
