so you would expect appetite to come and go on a two week rhythm. which is exactly what people report
thats me. days 1-8 quiet, days 9-14 the noise comes back and i eat like the old me on day 13
and if your day 13 undoes your days 1-8 then youve invented a fortnightly diet cycle, not a maintenance dose
